Hello everyone. The City of Brookings has seen an increase in the number of projects considering underground parking. One particular project has brought up the question of setbacks for an underground parking structure. Our opinion would be that the underground parking structure would need to maintain the same setbacks as the building setbacks above. Anyone else have thoughts or examples? Thanks!
