Scholarships

AICP Exam Fee Scholarship - NOW AVAILABLE!

To assist first time AICP exam-takers with test costs, the South Dakota Planners Association will provide a scholarship to reimburse AICP Exam Fees. Thus, those awarded the scholarships will only pay the application fee. To be eligible for an AICP Exam Scholarship please complete the application form below via google form and submit it to SDPA 60 days prior to your test date.

South Dakota Planners Association will review all applications received by the submittal deadline and will make a final  determination of the qualified scholarship recipients based on funding availability. Selected scholarship recipients will be notified via email. Reimbursement checks will be sent once registration receipts are emailed to SDPA. Please note that the Planning Experience Essay Fee and AICP Exam Registration Fee can be reimbursed separately because of varying registration windows for each.
